An EF emitter is built from the parts that actually generate and deliver RF energy: the transmitter, which creates the signal; the transmission line, which carries that signal to the radiator; and the antenna, which converts the RF energy into propagating waves. The grounding electrode, while important for safety and network grounding, does not participate in the generation or transmission of the RF signal. It serves to provide a safe path for fault currents and static discharge, but it isn’t a functional component of the emitter itself. That’s why the grounding electrode is not considered part of the EF emitter.
